“The secret to weight loss is understanding that it’s not just about the numbers on the scale, but how you feel in your own skin.”

Right on Dr berg here’s a funny one.. cyanide in apricot seeds is really good for the reproductive organs.. yet cyanide is toxic. I think it would be great to see you break that down for us ❤️🇮🇪
Good Morning Dr. Berg!
What about people who eat tons of sugar and never gain weight, thin people that eat sugar like it’s going out of style? How come they do not get fat? A video on that would be great
Same… 🤔
🙋♀️yes please
They have high metabolism.
@princessmagical That’s not the reason. Even the host here has said that.

Hope you’re right Dr Berg 🌸 have a nice day 😊

Amazing. Thank you, Dear Dr. Berg.
You’re very welcome!
I would like to talk live asking how to implement carnivore without immediate muscle weakness and without light stool color, because in my case that’s what happens every time I try it, but I figured I needed it to get rid of SIBO, which is what I still think I have given the constant pattern of symptoms I have
Your videos are very helpful to me especially on intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet which it helps me to lose weight and remove stubborn fats around my abdomen 🎉🎉
Glad to hear that!
Dr. Berg actually looks fantastic
Question for you because I’ve struggled finding anything online and I’d imagine someone in this space could help. I’m 15 and my girlfriend is asking me if she should start taking the pill so things are easier in our relationship. She thinks because it’s so normalised that it’s completely okay and fine. But I distinctly remember reading that the pill is dangerous hormonaly and should not be encouraged- in a space like this. Does anybody have any actual facts about the pill’s safety for young women and if they should take it? Thanks
Hi Dr. Berg! 👋 can you make a blog on oxidated foods pros and cons, thank you!
Hello. Thank you for the video suggestion.
Wow… at 25:56, If that’s the case then that’s really mind-blowing.
It can go very deep in every possible way.
From where we come and exist.
And our interests and changes in emotions, and everything else that keeps evaluating and changing by all the factors that can and are influencing testosterone.
All in life energy starting-point and existence/maintenance-motor maybe ? 😝
Thanks dr berge for being generous with us and listen to our issues🌼🌻
Good morning Dr Berg and your team. great live show.Thank you so much for very useful advice.🙏👌💕
