  4. But there is a difference of a 40″ waist in a male who is 6’2″ compared to a male who is 5’9″ but oddly this isn’t ever described.

    • that is why you determine a ratio with hip widt or another version is to divide waist circumference by height(this has other reference ranges of course).

  6. instead of hip/waist ratio wouldnt be better to measure fat % with Dexa or similar? which are the good values in this case ?

  7. I am 1.075 on the Health Risk W but I weight lift 5 hours a week, I am 183 cm tall, 74 kilo and I am in a pretty good shape, low body fat etc. so I don’t think that calculation model is any good

  8. Fook! At 3:21, my body is somewhere in between or the middle of those two. Is that bad?

    Luckily I been getting more in shape, though, and working out more and eating better too and losing a bit more weight. Went from size 38 to 34-33 rang in pants now. (I’m 5’10” tall)
