      All I know is, I feel much better waking up after six hours of sleep as a carnivore VS eight hours of sleep eating carbs. Also, I have zero soreness after a hard workout as a carnivore VS eating carbs.

  1. In Matthew Walkers recent podcast he discusses optimal sleep. Meaning when were study participants and their highest mental clarity and physical health according to various markers and tests. Two separate studies across the world concluded that 8 hour and 40-45 minutes was optimal. This might be a lot more than people think but shows their isn’t any real worry of oversleeping. These studies were done in healthy young adults
