The Diet & Routine That Lowered My Age by 12 Years:
The majority make common mistakes when selecting supplements.
Age plays a pivotal role, as it drives most body changes.
Children should refrain from supplements, except for essential vitamins. Melatonin, for instance, is not recommended as it can delay puberty.
In your twenties, prioritize collagen supplementation. Skin collagen breakdown begins in this decade, declining by 10% per decade. Don't wait until later in life—start early.
As you age, consider antioxidant supplements like NAC or melatonin in your seventies. Natural antioxidant levels decrease with age.
Remember, choosing the right supplements is like wearing a coat—it protects and supports your well-being.

Are you getting paid by vital proteins? Last time i read, there were no studies that proved that collagen supplementation is absorbed by the body.
Probs
look at efficacy studies. I also suggest gaining familiarity with scientific method and experimentation methods/design. i.e. “proving” absorption and “proving” non-absorption are very different things, and efficacy (end result effects) is yet another very different and far more efficacious thing. Yeah?
@Micheal Cherrington what’s the name of the study you are mentioning? Another point is, until about a year ago, most (if not all) studies that showed collagen intake could have some benefits were made by the very same manufacturers. Are there any third party studies now?
Collagen is not absorbed, but the individual amino acids. Glycin is low in any diet and almost zero in plant based diets.
What do you mean by IT WONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?🤔
Is there any cheaper collagen supplements you suggest? The ones ive seen are pretty expensive
Im 28 and was taking NAC-lcistein… Should I stop?

Is there any advantage of collagen over glycin?
