  2. I find nr alone is great for energy and recovery, even though I barely exercise or follow a proper circadian rhythm lately. There’s theory and then there’s reality. Of course this will vary from person to person.

  4. There is a reason night shift workers have higher cancer and overal mortality rates. Circadian Rhythm Alignment is very underrated. Once this is off, basicly everything is going haywire, including meal timings and fasting windows. It’s not just NAD, but also hormone levels, especially HGH and sleep quality. The body will adapt eventually, but your health will be far from optimal. Accelerated and premature aging.

  5. Have you tested yourself for your NAD level?
    I was considering IV or Shot of NAD+ via a therapy clinic,
    but they dont test pre and post IV therapy.

  6. Yes this is what I need, I don’t tolerate nmn or nr supplements very well at all. Gives me bad anxiety, tmg gives me anxiety, I think I have the mthf gene.

  7. it would be cool to have a list of longevity supplements/dietary advice/lifestyle choices/meds and how much they increase lifespan (yea i know maybe u cant simply just add them add and live to 10000 but still)
    like for example “caloric restriction 20-25% estimated increase in lifespan: 15-25%” “daily vigorous exercise, 30 min, life expectancy +3-5%” “smoking (1 pack/day) -12 years”
    that sorta thing in 1 huuuuge table
