Surely both these nuts are too high in omega 6 linoleic acid? I prefer to eat macadamia nuts.
You don’t need to worry about that too much. Just avoid meat and replace it with fish for some good omega 3 and linole acid
I try to avoid all polyunsaturated fats other then omega 3s from fish. I don’t eat a lot of fat but what I do eat is either saturated or from oysters and mackeral.
Omega 6 is a healthy one.
