  1. Have you ever made a low carb milkshake? Is there such a thing? I would LOVE a recipe for a low carb pumpkin spice milkshake! β€οΈπŸŽƒ

    • I do it all the time…I mix raw heavy cream with an egg yolk and some sweetener and whatever flavor you want (berries, vanilla, coffee, etc.)…you can put it in the blender and drink it once it’s mixed or pop it in the freezer for an hour or two and it gets all slushy….DELISH and I feel amazing after so I know it doesn’t mess with my blood sugar!

    • Yes also love the idea about a low carb pumpkin spice milkshake I love making myself a milkshake or a protein milkshake in the morning before work I would love to see a video on that too
