So you mean you take them first thing in the morning with your food or you can take them during the day?
So I’ve got this notion somewhere that niacinamide would absorb better with food? At least seems so witch niacin. I always take 1:1 niacin, niacinamide or nmn and tmg with food, usually in the evening, since I fast during the morning/day.
