If I may add yesterday are use protein powder, the plain type has four carbs and two scoops or two carbs in one scoop I used two scoops and placed it into a plastic bag along with about 14 large pieces of breast tenderloins, and I spice it up with my normal spices and I fried it in a little bit of avocado oil and I will tell you it was absolutely amazing. I know I got extra fat because of the avocado oil, but it is a great to do every now and then.😮😊 as far as process carbs like chips that’s a no do for me ever because I can’t just eat a few. I have to have the entire bag and then I go from there into more stuff. Carbs is not a good thing for me if they are processed, have to be honest.

  2. I have done air fried sweet potato chips in my air fryer and they were absolutely delicious and it will take up that desire for wanting potato chips. It’s actually better and more healthier.

    • My girlfriend struggles with portion control. When we eat out she often orders large portions meals. Also when ordering a Starbucks drink she gets the biggest size possible with the most extra stuff on top.
      I think she suffered from food insecurity as a child.

  3. Veggies are great but you got to recognize that there are acids that effect people in nightshades, nuts and other plants. They are the plants natural defense from mammals. When I went on a strict elimination diet I realize that I’m very sensitive to nightshades. Nightshade’s were what was causing me my fibromyalgia! That’s what led me down to researching Sally k Nortons work. Her whole career is in nutrition. She was also very affected by veggies but she was a vegetarian for 16 and had no clue. Very interesting and important to research.

    • I don’t know much about nightshades but knowing what your trigger foods are is really important on your health journey. Proud of you for taking the time to understand your body! 😊

  4. Lately I have been on this hard boiled egg obsession. I make enough to have one a day with salt and pepper and it satisfies all craving lol. I have also been trying to incorporate more fruits, like blueberries in smoothies since ive notice how I have been lacking fruits since going on keto. Rebel ice cream is so good!

  8. Yes, please do a calorie video. I have always thought that all calories aren’t created equal, ie, just making up an example, say an apple and a cookie have the same amount of calories and carbs, wouldn’t an apple be easier to digest? TY!

  9. Please do a calories video. Im also cobfused cuz im tracking my food on chronometer and even though im using super healthy foods, i still seem to go over on my carbs count😢
