  7. I have not had horchata since I started Keto 3 years ago. And it’s funny that I was craving it today because I saw a commercial with horchata.   8. Oooh! I make this but I just boil water with the cinnamon sticks. You don’t even need the tea. It’s just agua de canela and you add milk afterwards. Such a tasty tea! 😍🙌🏻

  10. When I was in Kenya the family I stayed with made tea cooked in milk with sugar. This seems very similar but made with cinnamon and a dairy alternative. Yumm! I’ll have to look for the silk half n half. Sounds wonderful for coffee!
