  2. Folks, do not eat high carb diet if you are a fat mofo like me who hasn’t exercised in ages. High carb intake can only be realistically maintained by having a fit lifestyle as shown by this channel’s owner. Just check out his fitness level… off the charts.

  4. 1- From low carb intake to high carb intake (200G of carbs /day )
    2-Fat loss from the higher carb intake ..
    3-high Methyldonors intake (liver,beetroot,dark leafy greens and vegetables).
    4-Earlier time restricted eating (5pm last meal).
    Bonus tips: don’t drink alcohol

    • I do better with a bit of alcohol. One glass a day had been excellent for my insulin sensitivity and reduced my fatty liver. I’ve been off alcohol for a long time now for “reasons” and everything has got worse

    • @Random Guy I’m pre-diabetic and have fatty liver and one glass red wine 🍷 a few times a week had reversed it, but now off alcohol it’s coming back. I’m not drinking because I want to have a baby so I’m pretty confident I’m coping better than you could mate – thank you

  5. I follow a similar pattern (plant based with some fish). I recently did a glycan age test .(measures immune system age) it came back at 34 yo, Im 65. Aging(ai) put my biological age at 29. I may try a dna aging clock .. I have not so far because there is simply no life style or supplement stack I can take to improve it and I may get demotivated. I “could” eliminate alcohol (3 or 4 a week) but as the man said “are you living forever or does it just feel like it” .. enjoy your channel … nice job stating so young ..

    • We’ll find out over the years, watching Siim Land, Dr. Brad Stanfield, Bryan Johnson, David Sinclair, Peter Attia. Watching closely how they age. If they start looking like an avocado in the sun and getting real weak maybe don’t follow that one 😂

  6. Love how you realise individual biology leads to individual results. Indian people like me are very insulin resistant and would probably do best with low carb diets, however we are also often (if not usually!) vegetarian! Usually what both plant based vs ketogenic diets have in common is the elimination or reduction of excessive ultra processed foods

  7. Siim, or anyone who may know the answer: I believe Siim mentioned Beet juice in other videos and on this one but not too clear if the beets would be extracted, so beet juice without the fiber or blended beets with the fiber??? Thanks a bunch.

  8. Great stuff but I don’t understand how you can come to the conclusion that switching to high-carb made you age slower? The test could have spit out the same result if you had stayed low-carb for the last 3 years, you just don’t have anything to compare it against. Very well done nevertheless.
