Yes, but how about the cooking process after it was frozen? When I boil broccoli after it was frozen it gets mushy and just looks like the cooking took a geater toll on the broccoli than if it was not frozen.
Doesn’t effect the nutrients just the texture

@WhatsIQI don’t think so. The volume gets bigger and crashes the cell wall during the phase change from water to ice when frozen. When defrost, the susceptible antioxidants and vitamins leaked along with cell fluid makes them easier to degrade under heat and go bad if you leave them outside
