  1. I have been IM fasting atleast 16 hrs a day for over 7 years now. 33 y/o and most people age guess me 12 years younger on average.

  2. Fasting is really good for d body it removes toxin in d body, burns fat and looks younger. Tips: always think food is just there u can grab or make anytime, make urself busy, don’t listen to ur stomach, don’t think u r hungry, think u can eat later, drink water makes u feel full, think d good benefits of fasting and u will never notice time passed by n it’s eating time!

  3. I ate 6 small meals a day of chicken,pasta,brocli and jello for 8 months along with exercise 4 times a week..I lost 35-40lbs and I gained it all back in 2 years after eating junk food 😅🍕🌭🍟🍔🍪🍩🍨🍰🍰
