If you’re thinking about buying apple cider vinegar gummy supplements—don’t. Let’s talk about why.

A lot of different companies are coming out with these apple cider vinegar gummy bears or gummy supplements, but the formulas are very similar.

While the claims are incredible, the products are not. In reality, these ACV gummy products are misleading and can even be damaging.

The biggest problem with these apple cider vinegar gummies is the sugar content. They typically have three to five grams of sugar per serving size. One teaspoon of sugar is four grams.

These apple cider vinegar supplements are not keto—they’re candy.

These gummies will actually bump you out of ketosis. On top of that, they will leave you feeling bloated and tired. Instead of helping you lose weight, they’ll actually prevent weight loss.

One serving size of apple cider vinegar gummies only contains about 500 mg of apple cider vinegar. An average serving size of liquid apple cider vinegar is 15 grams.

This means that about one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar is equal to the whole bottle of apple cider vinegar gummies.

A much better way to take apple cider vinegar is to mix liquid apple cider vinegar into water and drink it through a straw. I suggest using Fairchild’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

No offense, but every individual claiming to be on a keto diet should have enough common sense to realize candy is loaded with sugar and thus be able to conclude that it counters the very thing you’re trying to accomplish when on a keto diet. These crappy marketeers exist by the grace of individuals trying to accomplish goals without knowledge. In knowledge lays our salvation, praise those who sing these songs. Thanks dr Berg for stating the obvious for those it wasn’t obvious for before 👍🏼

  5. In Germany we mostly (& thankfully) don’t have that fancy stuff. I practise IF with keto and clean eating. Use organic ACV. It’s great!

    • @Dr. Eric Berg DC for over 3 years now i mostly eat once a day (at night) drink like 2-4 cups of black tea(Tetley) witch skimmed milk and no sugar, still i keep adding weight and my stomach is getting really big, i dont have a sedentary lifestyle, walk up hill for 1.5km to class and 1.5km downhill back 5 times a week. even drinking water makes my tummy protrude.

    • @tobastron  Hi, I hope you find your answer by watching more videos of Dr. Berg, related to your question. In one of his videos, I learned that the benefits of having Once a Meal in a Day or OMAD. The point was that it should be during the day, especially before or at 3 p.m.

I have been using the organic ACV… It’s really effective… I have been questioning the effectivity of acv gummies since I saw it online, but don’t know where to properly get a good review and studies about its effectivity… Thanks to Dr. BERG… My questions are now answered… 😊 There’s no way that ACV gummies are helpful for the body. ❤️

  8. If I got more regular home time, I would definitely be getting all my supplements from you, Dr Berg. Yes I remind everyone, supplementing is for what you arent or cant get from your normal diet, or for what you need to make your body function properly, like those salts one needs if their gall bladder has been removed.

  9. I just make my own APC gummies! The taste is strong but it makes it easy to swallow. Just mix it with monk fruit, gelatin, and if you need flavor, you can blend it with cooked strawberry

  12. Incredible, just last day my friend took out her acv gummies to let me try. I thought “meh” since the taste was weird and also very sweet. All i think was it’s just gummy bears 😅 she doesn’t like the taste of acv so she consume this gummies

  15. Thank you so much Dr. Berg for doing this video, and all of your valuable information. I was misled and bought Goli ACV gummy‘s about a year ago and was taking them. The only thing they me do was gain weight and crave sugar ALL day long! On the bottle it says to take 2 first thing in the morning up to 6 throughout the day for more energy and weight loss. So I took 6 a day. 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening. Starting out my day first thing in the morning taking 2 ACV gummies made me hungry and craving sweets all day long and I gained weight. I really think the reviews they put online with people saying “they lost weight taking them” is complete miss representation and a gimmick. Thank you for confirming that Dr. Berg you are the best.!
