Kombucha, won’t matter. The alchohol is too low to effect if anything might help.
I think it’s the difference between the two types. Type 1 needs such control, *no* alcohol, at all, ever. Type 2 trusts their judgement their level of self control and doesn’t have a history of alcoholism like Type 1 miiiiight. I mean that could be a reason for no alcohol at all

in my hundred supplements elixir of the eternal youth i use 1 drop of mint essential oil, japol, salus, which is indeed a type of alcohol. but i do it for chemical reaction reasons, same as i use honey, sea water, water, juices and bicarbonate i mix with moulinex and wait for the molecules to fight to each other.
Alcohol is a class 1 carcinogen, and a top cancer causing agent. No amount of alcohol is safe. The fact they dont have to mark packaging with such warnings while cigarettes do is sickening.

For the people wondering why there is a slight decrease in all cause mortality, it’s the apoptosis/polyphenol effect of light alchohol consumption that is helpful for the heart and slight improvement to waking up with better sleep and stress tolerance. The stress tolerance on cells improves diabetes to an extent but should never be more than 1 cup a day. That’s why it’s used in mediterian diet that helps the heart. The damaging effects of alchohol in any moderation will hurt you though becuase alchohol damages stem cells and especially for women effects breast cancer, and women should avoid any form of drinking if you want to have children in the future. For men, it can decrease stem quality, long term youth, muscle growth, and that’s just the least.
