  3. I’m curious how important it is to chew food up heavily to fully get the nutrients out of whatever you eat? For example chunks of nuts don’t seem to get broken down in the digestive system. Seems by doing extra chewing would increase the amount of nutrients your body can take in. Would be curious what the science says on this?
