My husband naturally eats like this and I always thought there was something wrong. Now I realize thatโs why heโs nearly 40 and in excellent health and shape.
can you please make a video on healing of th me knee cartilage specifically after injury and can prolonged fasting be beneficial in this case and how long it may take to heal thank you
I just turned 40 and was sitting at around 250 pounds. My initial intention was to start IF with 2 meals a day and no snacking, while making sure I ingest plenty of veggies and good fats and meats. I inadvertently ended up doing OMAD because, with the healthy Keto type diet I was striving for, I honestly just wasnโt hungry until far later in the day. Iโm down to 225 after a little over a month and seriously feel wonderful. Again, OMAD was not my initial intention (I honestly didnโt think such a thing was even feasible for me) but with IF combined with this healthy Keto type diet, it just sort of happened naturally. I canโt stress enough that this is the real deal and cannot recommend this kind of plan enough.
I was doing this for a while, last night I woke up and pigged out in ice cream and chocolate cause I felt like Iโm starving. I think I am not eating enough protein/ fats.
I honestly donโt feel good eating less frequently Iโm sure it works for many people. I get headaches/ borderline panic attacks and my stomach feels like itโs eating itself. I am not fat but trying the intermittent fasting because Iโm afraid of things like dementia. It just doesnโt seem like something I can realistically stick to just being honest.
I feel best eating very small amounts during the day starting around 11, one regular meal, and a very light snack about 8 pm.
Hi Dr Berg with my chronic illness lately ive been intermittent fasting I have a condition called Septo Optic dysplasia the past 4 years been noticing a lot of digestive system issues for a long time i overused laxatives because i never knew what diet I should be doing for my personal health. Some days its hard to figure out what i should eat. Intermittent fasting has helped and diet and excersize of course. If im being honest somedays im scared to eat. Love ya Dr Berg have a wonderful Day ๐

Keto doesnโt matter if youโre a tradesman and fast you drop a kilogram per day with ease!
Hmm, my sleep is better when i eat closer to sleep. I’ll wake up too easily in the middle of the night if i sleep on an empty stomach.
that is a problem with your blood sugars
Me too. I feel like Iโm starving in the middle of the night. Never had blood sugar issueโs according to blood tests tho

Basically, if youโre not hungry, then itโs not working!
