  2. Question: Why directly microdose melatonin and not use Valerian root or other herbs that can increase the internal production of melatonin? What’s the difference? specially for mid age people

    Siim: I have put this in the comments in your previous melatonin videos. Do you not read the comments?

    • @Siim Land I don’t think that’s true. Six of the studies were sleep specific. Three of the Six did find a benefit, but the authors still indicated it’s unlikely, in their view, that there is a benefit for sleep.

      Dr. Bhanuprakash Kolla, a psychiatrist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, who specializes in sleep medicine, commented on the study as follows

      “The main takeaway right now is there is a good chance they aren’t really helpful for sleep,” he said, referring to the glasses.”

  4. Is dosing at 3mg -5mg a night bad for a mid-late 20s person, who works with screens all day + studies at night? It surely helps me a mint
