  1. 1. As with all weight-bearing exercises, first match proper form with minimal load.
    2. Then increase the load until threshold proper form is reached.
    3. Above all else—avoid injury! 💪

    • Yeah, many top powerlifters would disagree. One that immediately comes to mind is the late, great deadlifted, Konstantin Konstintonov.

    • @Jim G Yes great point and rest in peace kk, what a shame his death was, i believe he was stabbed to death when he was working as a bodyguard if my memory serves me correctly
