Let’s talk about probiotics. Probiotics are friendly bacteria in very high numbers.
You have ten times more microbes than your own cells, and these microbes make up a significant part of your immune system.
Friendly microbes support gut health and make bile, vitamins, and neurotransmitters.
Here are seven key things you need to know about probiotics:
1. Probiotics are not just good for gut health but also for many other areas of the body.
2. Use antibiotics sparingly, and anytime you take an antibiotic, take a probiotic at the same time.
3. Try natural antibiotics, like garlic, oregano, colloidal silver, black walnut extract, tea tree oil, and cranberry.
4. Plain kefir contains diverse, friendly microbes in higher amounts than yogurt.
5. Having low stomach acid increases your risk of SIBO. Don’t consume probiotics if you have SIBO. Instead, try betaine hydrochloride, natural antibiotics, and fasting.
6. Soil-based vegetables contain good bacteria.
7. Probiotics make metabiotics, which have a lot of potential health benefits.

⚠️ Glyphosate is present in high amounts in many common food crops, and these crops are often labeled as “natural” and NON-GMO ⚠️ I’m sticking with Dr. Berg’s Healthy Keto 💯 Thank You, kindly Dr. Berg! Great day, everyone.
Glyphosate yum yum 😋😋 😂
I’ve never been this happy and stress free in my entire life, studying nutrition has really changed my life for the better. Thank You Mr. Berg.
Same here. Doing the best ever and Dr. Berg was a part of that.
Thanks Dr B. I’m back on the clean Keto wagon, after a year of low carb. I gained 25 lbs from mostly low carb snacks and Stress. I developed Diabetic Retinopathy and having to take shots in my eyes. Not fun. My inflammation is through the roof, with extreme right shoulder pain. I’m hoping it’s gallbladder and not a shoulder injury, so my diet will correct it. I’ve been eating OMAD for quite a long time, but still hungry after my meal, no matter how big. I would always treat myself with walnuts, dark chocolate or 2Good yogurt after my meal and still wasn’t satisfied. It’s true, when you say, cut out the treats and after a few days the hunger goes away. So thankful for your channel, your supplements and your commitment to helping people take back control of their health. My last Dr visit, I explained a problem to him. He prescribed an antibiotic. I said no thanks Doc. I will find a healthy supplement to fix it. 64 year old, long time T2 controlling it with diet and supplements. A1C 6.2 down from 7.5. I would love another video on treatment for ED. What’s your thoughts on Shockwave therapy and natural supplements?
My guess is this…your doing good things. However, a or more supplements are not the only answer. You need a targeted approach. You have inflammation. Eat an anti inflammatory diet. Sometimes for some people you must get ” fat adapted ” to not be hungry after you eat. So, I would go back to 2 or 3 meals a day. See if two works first. Don’t worry bout weight but make sure your are eating clean keto. That is , organic cruciferous veggies , organic grass fed beef, and fatty fish like salmon and sardines . ( I like Season Brand sardines with mustard ) See Dr Bergs recent video on about 14 foods for keto. Not sure of exact title. Take quality supplements. Fish oil, cod liver oil, whole food multi, and others like tumeric , garlic, etc. But again, go on his site and address inflammation and of course a few on insulin resistance. Then when the time is right after days or weeks …then try to do OMAD one day at a time. Fasting is a great thing but your body has to be able to fight off hunger. Once adapted you won’t be hungry as much. Everyone is different I believe because of our metabolism. Our microbiome with each of us is not the same and that is where all the variables of being able to eat certain foods and digestion separates us all. Anyhoo, hope that helps. Take two steps back to go forward in a big way.Listen to your body and be persistent.
Exercise. No processed food. ACV apple cider vinegar everyday. Fasting as much as possible . Do a prolong fast once a month. 48 then 72 hours. Good luck
Easily explained, researched and well presented!! Thanks Dr. Berg!! 🩷
Glad you found it so helpful!
Thank you so much for what you do Dr Berg. I have been watching you for a while now. My daughter is 6years old and has a really bad allergy…itching and anaphylaxis..and now complaining of stomach pain… I am really trying to figure out the cause through elimination method and am so tired of these steriods. I am in Nigeria and a couple of things you suggested in your videos is difficult to get. Please can you suggest or maybe please do a video for what we mums can do to help our kids. Alternatively. She also is too young for fasting. Please do you think Sebamed/Aveeno creams m soaps are a good go to?
She can have parasites on stomach 🐛

I just want to say thank you Dr Berg I’ve probably watched thousands of hours at this point I am a quadriplegic that has been tired for the past 25 years I’ve always had a belly and was up and down with my diets but carbs were always a part of that.
Through the ketogenic diet and fasting I have never felt any better I honestly feel better than when I was 15 I’m absolutely Blown Away by what sugars and carbs do to your body over time my wish is that everybody starts to experience what I’ve experienced.
Again thank you Dr Berg
