Good to know, thank you. I’ll start making kefir again.
My mom got mad at me for calling it Key-fur, she said it’s pronounced Kah-fear! Anyways, I’m drinking my Kefir before bed tonight!!
It can also be pronounced ke (short e sound) fir with the the accent on the first syllable.(that is how they say it in Poland)
Keh-feer
KE-PEE-A in Japanese
Kah fear in some languages
Thats KEPIR here in the Philippines 😆🤣😆
Taste like buttermilk love it
Awesome !!! Thanks for sharing that😃
I’m going to try Kefir!!!!
Thank you!
Very interesting! I’m a sleep tech and this knowledge will definitely help some of my patients!
Don’t forget those with Addisons have problems producing/regulating cortisol so read into any side effects/contraindications as I believe they will need to up their meds on kefir.
Does it matter if its cow or goat milk kefir?I give my dogs goat milk kefir..they love it
Thank you Dr Berg! 🙋💕
I drink at least 32 oz of Kefir every day it is definitely the best part of my whole diet. Way more nutrient dense than yogurt.
32 oz😮
@Jacques Jtheripperwhen you got kefir grains at home and you have to feed them, they grow and you either get rid of some grains each time or you feed it more.
Like feeding your sourdough starter, but much easier to deal with your “discard” because you can just drink the kefir and put spare grains in compost, whereas with sourdough discard you either have to bake with it or put it in the bin.
Good to know, Dr. Berg. I thought the probiotic benefits would be lost due to natural stomach acid. I’ll put kefir back in my diet. I actually like it.
Indispensable doctor Berg giving invaluable advices to relieve us from traditional medicine and physicians killing us and our immune system. God bless you true 💕 doctor🙏
i am taking it, for the first time ever, with some antibiotics as i hear that helps too. i try to avoid antibiotics and have avoided them for years, but one issue that may have been ongoing (h. pylori) must have it to get better. 😊

Thanks Dr. Berg, I love kefir.
Great information. Thanks, Dr Berg 🙏🏻
My local Aldi sells kefir yogurt. I use their organic fruit baby pouches to add some flavour lol.
Plain natural yoghurt helps me sleep.
