Good day, is this found in the supplement ‘magnesium glycinate’ ?
yes but not in very large quantities, you’ll need to take a supplement to have the full benefits. Though it increases bioavailability of magnesium so it is still a great option overall !
Does it make sense to take glutathione in Addition to glycin to reverse grey hair ?
