How much did all these tests cost, combined? Roughly
In the US/EU it would be around $25k, but this was $6k which includes all the tests, accommodation at the hotel and food

No, I retested homocysteine before I left the retreat and it was below 9
Perfect. Optimal levels are 5-7, anything above 7 increases CVD risk.

No, it’s all included there – accommodation, all meals, all the tests, consultations. They even pick you up from the airport and take you back. Plus, give a month of supplements for free. You only have to pay extra for the flight tickets to Chennai
listen man, as one who truly knows ur value, if u want more money I mean subs, ur place of fottage and videos needs to be like in 0:38seconds, all the time, enviroment, that kind of you
Who cares about that, I mean really? I, for example, watch >90% the videos I watch in the background as audio, so I don’t even see what the videos look like most of the time. Admittedly, it’s mostly politics and health content.

With you getting the results that you did, I would imagine that they would find me a mess. I thought you would come out perfect in every parameter.

I’m very curious to know your body fat percentage.
You can kind of see the measured number at 3:30. Looks like 23.3%, though it’s a bit blurred.
@LVArturs Interesting. If correct, I can’t believe I have less body fat than Siim. I’m around 21.5% at 55 y/o and I fight to go down to 17%. But the measure is certainly not as accurate as the test Siim passed.
@Pyjam it is surprising, especially given that he’s regularly consuming calories significantly below his metabolic rate, and given his rather intense exercise regimen.
That cannot be correct / accurate.. Siim is deinitely sub 10% based on how ripped he looks and is 😮
I have veins on my abs but it said I’m 23%. I think it categorizes most non-muscle tissue as fat because my lean mass was 75%

I wonder if body symetry is even an important thing to worry about. I bet if you measured indiginous tribe members untouched by modern society, they would not have perfectly symetrical bodies. Virtually everybody has a dominant hand that would build up more muscles on that side.
That is not a good reference point, since tribesmen aren’t known for their superhuman lifespans. We’re trying to exceed the human limits by cutting edge science here, not emulate prehistoric peoples.
@LVArturs Perhaps it is not a good reference point. However my point is that if there is no evidence that perfect muscle symetry has a positive effect on longevity, then it is not worth getting stressed over because we know stress decreases longevity. Unnecessary obsessiveness can lead to body dysmorphia which is no joke.
@Morpho Polis that is, indeed, a good point. Mental health and using scientifically proven metrics are paramount.
Doesn’t have to be for longevity but for just for mobility and reduced risk of injury
