  2. The death metal shirts help lifting, Sick taste in music dude. Your way bigger than me, and lift alot more, but I noticed when you bench’d you let the weight decend really fast, I thought it was more important for the decend to be slow and the pushing up to be faster, sometimes even explosive. Might just be the Mike Mentzer videos the algorithm has been feeding me despite me not really lifting much I’m more of a cyclist build that just wants to live forever.

    • Slow down is better for hypertrophy, and fast up is better for strength. Fast down, fast up is utilizing the tendons more. Since he only works each muscle once a week, and he’s mostly interested in pure strength, it’s fine.

  4. Hey Siim, I wanted to ask a particular question pertaining to glycine. I have heard that glutathione can have an effect on melanogenesis and can cause it to decrease, and therefore taking glycine will uptake that glutathione synthesis. I have noticed myself after supplementing with it everyday, that my skin seems to have lightened even more than it already was. Along with that, I believe it made my eyebrows and eyelashes even lighter than they already were and that this effect will also eventually be noticed in the hair color. I have also noticed my irises in my eyes seem to be losing some melanin as well and are lightening and turning more blue. Looking back at your older videos, it seems that your hair has indeed gotten lighter over time from a darker blonde to a light blonde, and I would wonder if this correlated with your consumption of glycine and if this is an effect of glycine directly. Anyways, I was curious about this, so I figured I’d ask.
