Very nice and congrats on this recipe….i am on low carb diet …but in my country we don’t have it such option as low carb Oreo or something…but we have just in health alias healthy cooke and we can use that as basement instead of low carb Oreo…

I just got home from my local health food store. Catalina cookies were $8.65 a box!!!!And it’s a small one. This would definitely have to be a special occasion recipe. I bet it’s delicious though. 😮
I found them the other day on sale at our local Meijer, I think I got a box for like $4.69 which isn’t a great price for the number of cookies, but for this type it’s far better than the 7 to 8 dollars they are normally…

This is a wonderful idea, I might just try this for Christmas. I’m kinda puzzled as to why I didn’t think of this myself. My Grandma loved these kinds of pies, I’ve been keto 7 years and I’ve not thought of it… I’m slipping in my old age. If you’re interested, I’m doing Saturday morning live streams with guests.
