I found that warmth/heat under the duvet is a condition for muscle spam.
Magnesium + Glycine (magnesium glycenate) and ashgewanga are a powerful combination for sleep.
I’ve been using Mg and B2 to manage migraine. I’ve recently added in Feverfew too.
I tried feverfew yrs ago and I was allergic to it and it made me gain weight. I didn’t know about B2 to help 🤔 I will add that to my magnesium and other vitamins.
How much for the dosage?
Depends on one’s deficiency and uses like physical activity, one’s stress, on foods that require magnesium when being digested. Also d3 requires magnesium.
100 mg to 400 mg
