I haven’t figured out how to schedule Zone 2, HIIT and weight training in the course of a week. I don’t like to do serious cardio – even Zone 2 – on a weigh training day, but maybe I should (but not on leg day). So I basically gave up cardio HIIT. My HR curve for weight training is basically the same as cardio HIIT, so why not just say weight training = HIIT?
I am 48. Been taking glynac for ~30 days and it has already healed my persistant eczama and sinus problems.
In health in general the people that need it the most cant afford it, and the ones that dont need it as much can. The irony of life.
What about vo 2 max supplaments?
When do you believe the optimal time for taking Glynac, or glycine+NAC? Would you recommend HMB at age 64and are there side effects or contradictions with medications?

My question is would you utilize NAD boosters for a very active person. I am very healthy, my Vo2 max is ~60, doing resistance 2x/week, biking 4x/week, all blood results are all very good and in range. I am trying to increase my Vo2 max

Sour taste of NAC should be fine; now the bitterness of MSM is something else – and mixing it with unflavoured plant protein makes it bitter and intensely salty, though mixing with sweet glycine somewhat ameliorates. Or arginine – I don’t even know how to describe it, pure disgusting.

Olives vs olive oil is an interesting one, I remember reading a comprehensive Reddit thread where they cited research showing that green olives (from which EVOO is made) have much much more polyphenols than oil. A problem though is that olives sold are heavily salted. And also oil has more research on benefits than olives themselves.
I’m not sure about the colouring of black olives, from what I understand that’s just the result natural ripening – which does reduce polyphenol count.
Also, EU has more standards than most other places of what EVOO has to be like, so buying in EU is likely safer in terms of getting what’s advertised.
Berberine gives me really bad nausea (saw a few people who mentionned suffering from the same side effects, on reddit). Tried multiple brands, and I always end up vomiting for hours. I wonder if it’s a genetic variation that causes this sensibility.

Jumping to a health question. Have you heard of a false elevated A1C due to Carnivore/Ketovore diet. I’ve read long living RBCs as a result in higher A1C. Mine crept up to 5.8 but fasting insulin remained low at 2.8. What are your thoughts.
