There are also hundreds of the same generic ‘thanks dr berg you’re the best’-ish comments on every video. The info is much appreciated but the channel interaction is incredibly sus.

  3. I think stress and high cortisol ultimately are what sabatoge my mitochondria, no matter how well I eat or what supps I take. However, the latter does help!

    • Your bang on with this comment. Cortisol resistance is awful to live with. I have a neighbour from hell. Each day my heart races for the wrong reasons. Listening to music, daily walking does help though. Try to keep your mind active. Tune in to good thoughts, and things that make you happy. ❤
