  2. The nascent anti-obesity drugs likely have a significant benefit. You know, provided you’re obese or at least overweight.

    • There are always the unintended negative consequences from these new weight loss injections. They are so new and it remains to be seen what may occur as more people use them over a long term. Self control, fasting, better foods and exercise would be a better solution until more information is available. Let everyone else be a lab rat for the pharmaceutical industry

  3. Best benefit of most supplements will always be the placebo effect. If it jump starts you into doing healthier lifestyle, diet and exercise. Whatever works, works right. Also alot of peoples diets are completely trash and/or very restrictive(vegan/keto). So deficiencies are possible. Doing a simple blood lab test can show this. Supps are just very expensive food that are poorly absorbed! A single supp compound can never beat the synergetic effects of whole food. A lab doesn’t know more than nature.

I cant get more than 40 minutes average of deep sleep… melatonin does nothing, I do dim the lights. dont eat close to sleep, my diet is good, Resting HR ~54, room temperature probably good. will buy the termometer soon. used to have chronic stress, but now its much much lower, but deep sleep does not increase. getting a bit desperate.

    • My guess is you don’t exercise hard enough? Deep and REM are also called restorative sleep phases, but your body doesn’t have what to recover from. Just thinking.

    • Very likely you have become stressed out about sleep. First go to bed early. 8:30-9;00 PM. Early sleep is lots more effective than later and never stay in bed late. Get up early on the same schedule. Realize that even if you don’t sleep as good as you need to, just lying in bed even without falling asleep is beneficial. For the last several hours before going to bed do not engage in anything or watch videos that are very stimulating and could trigger adrenaline. Just read for an hour or so before going to bed at the usual time.

  5. Siim is finally losing his boyish face. Seemed to happen quite quickly over the past year. Age gets us all. 😢

    • Men tend to experience volume loss with age. Not always, it can depend on; diet, sleep and stress levels.

      Face exercises, filler and/or a mini facelift would allow him to look in his early twenties again.

  6. I have managed to cut my triglycerides from 63 to 38 gradually just by calorie restriction and exercise without taking any supplements
