Your not going to reduce the problems from excess glucose with nato. For all the good work you do this is completely misleading.

What’s wrong with glucose? You would literally die without glucose.. beans are the last thing causing issues with blood sugar levels
How does whole milk help the heart? Does that apply to plain whole milk Greek yogurt as well?
There is no known way to reverse calcification of arteries though once it happens, I think that alone makes age reversal currently impossible
