    3. I am also a VERY happy Carnivore. 🧈🥚🥓🥩🫙🐟
    4. Raw sauerkraut & mustard with my polish sausage is my only “plant” food.
    5. Otherwise, I avoid all plant toxins.
    6. Losing weight! 📉
    7. Feeling great! 💪

    • In the short run Carnivore will help you feel great. . . in the long run, you are going to wreck your health. You NEED fruits and vegetables to be healthy. Remember, Carnivore is just Atkins turned into South Beach turned into Keto turned into Carnivore. . . several of the original founders of those diets died from heart disease.

    • Oh and one more thing. . . your diet wouldn’t even exist except for the discovery of fire and the invention of the spear. We as humans are too slow to catch our own prey and trapping is of limited long-term value. Secondly, without fire, you would spend most of your day puking out raw meat. So option 1, you stay with carnivore which NEEDS human inventions to be viable or 2, stick to a whole food / plant based diet and eat what God designed you to eat 🙂

  3. There is no requirement in the human diet for carbs. Get everything we need from animal meats. Every time you make superfluous long trip on airliner it contributes to shortening your life by causing unnecessary stress.
