NO!
if its clean, yes. Pasteurization kills the enzymes. The problem with most cows milk is the presence of A1 casein, something that is relatively new due to a genetic mutation in cows, and hence why a lot of people are intolerant (as humans haven’t had the time to adapt). A2 casein is what was originally produced by cows and is still produced by goats/sheep/humans, making their milk a healthier option
