Thanks 🙏
Tumric and Ashwaganda did anyone do a study about this?
What are certain “medical conditions”?
Exactly!
The cautionary videos are essential in world of take this take that. Keep them coming. Everything costs something in physiology, even with substances that are indicated having a clinical need to take. Negative feedback loops and paradoxical reactions in particular catch so many people out as they create a new physiology but often don’t make the connection to the supplement they were taking.
Well… we need to see who funded the studies there’s a lot of corruption in the world, always follow the money 💰
Thank you again Sim😅
I only take EAA’s , glycine and creatine. Any research shown on those?
I take Ashwaghanda and Turmeric! Good to know, thank you Siim!
Keep taking them
Yeah could be misinformation we need to see who funded the studies.
I read somewhere that high doses of vitamin b3 can dammage the liver, that is somewhat worrying because many people are taking high doses of vitamin b3 as part of their antiageing stack
What about Bacopa and Gotu Kola?
Siim, I wonder, what you would use for inflation instead of turmeric?
I’d love to know. I have NAFLD and have been taking turmeric for inflammation 🥺
I’m 75 and have a very rare form of liver cancer. I can verify that all three seem to damage my liver. ???
You can add radiation, chemotherapy and proton pump inhibitors to that list.
I wish you the best. Take care.
@@leondbleondb Thanks.
Radiation chemotherapy are known to destroy the body, with only 4% success rate. Would never go there because even if you survive you are in a lot of pain. So many natural ways to help the body which is a lot better and has less side effects
wow I’ve been taking turmeric with black pepper almost every day for 5+ years. I don’t think I have any symptoms of liver injury but I’ll take a break 😅 thank you for these short informative videos!
Which specific supplement do you use? Since you have been using it for so long without issues is a sign of good quality. Please name the product
@@emmanueljerez396 I actually don’t take it in a supplement (capsule) form, I just have about a teaspon (maybe less) of organic turmeric powder that I buy in a local store, and then I add a bit of black pepper. I eat it all combined with a meal. Probably it is safer to take it like that rather than in a supplement form (according to what I’ve been reading online), but since I was also taking it with black pepper, which enhances absorption, I will be a bit more cautious now.
@@zQark Thank you for the answer 😁
My doctor was totally ok with tumeric, specifically Curcumin from Thorne Research which has been in Mayo Clinic studies and is available on their website. I have not seen any issues thus far.
Not yet but u will see it soon enough why would u wait before it happen? Stop before its to late thats just my advise
@@raddgreatrad1654 How are you so sure? There is also studies where turmeric has been able to resolve and destroy cancer, also seen as one of the longevity factors to some communities. I think it is good that siimland shows us the studies, but there might be more details. Who knows if the specific study is biased or if the turmeric used in the study was contaminated
@@emmanueljerez396 because i trust siim land, siim is a very smart guy who do his homework very seriously i mean why would u risk it? Anyway i respect your decision that is your life so do whatever u want then
“in people with liver disease” OK
Hey @SiimLand great content. What would you recommend as a substitute for tumeric if your are an individual who was taking tumeric powder & black pepper consistently while training hard simultaneously, and is now looking for another joint health supplement
Makes me wonder if Brian Johnson is gonna die early from liver disease because he placed way to much hope in consuming 100x different supplements daily. May you can make some videos about the risks of what he’s taking?
Dude did use AI to make the video? You speak smoother than this.
I trust siim land than most of the doctors. Thank u siim
So turmeric isn’t a good aid for NAFLD?
THIS VIDEO SHOULD BE DIRECTED TOWARDS BRIAN JOHNSON THE LONGEVITY DUDE. LOL HE SUPPLEMENTS A LOT.
GREAT INFO FRIEND. TY
