What does 4:1 OR 1:1 mean? Between those ratios?
Probably, that it’s good to have 4 parts of omega 6es and at least 1 part of omega 3s in your diet. Perfect would be as much of omega 3s and omega 6es, but that’s quite hard I guess (but not so much if you could ALA as a valid omega 3 source and you go keto and take like 8 tbsp of walnut oil or flax seed oil lol).
