Thank goodness ❤❤❤
Thank you for watching!
Since i lost my hair i have saved thousands in barber fees
😂😂😂
And saved hundreds of thousands on women 😆
Bald is low drag
I give my hubby haircuts
Suggest some good leucine supplements.
Eggs!
Omg I need to try this then. I’m 56 and the front of my hair is thinning badly. I’ll be wearing a wig within a couple years if it doesn’t change. 😢
Switch to a high quality red meat, eggs, raw cheese and a little bit of fruit diet and watch your body recover. I’m just 23 but I had bad hair loss 2 years ago because of thyroid issues and bad nutrition etc. all my hair came back on this diet
Don’t wear a wig man 😂 Just shave your head. You’re not the only one.
I have a hard time absorbing iron and usually anemic so this could help me. Idk why all this isn’t taught in nursing school, or 30 yrs ago while in school. We need to know this instead of prescription everything!
Because it’s far more profitable to make people deficient and then treat their symptoms
Vitamin C is essential for iron absorption. It’s why red wine and tomato based sauces (bbq, ketchup, or marinara) pair so well with red meat on your palate. But you need fresh foods rich in Vitamin C to maximize this effect, as the nutrient is easily destroyed in the cooking/freezing/preservation process.
And look into the balance between zinc, copper, and iron.
Thank you young man This is good info God 🙏🙏🙏👍

Vegans: leave the chat
I ate steak nearly everyday of my life and I’m bald…which part in steak is the leucine part?
😂😂😂
A family member of mine was vegan for Years and had low iron, hair loss, anxiety, depression . She’s now eating chicken and fish and seems to be doing better I’m trying to get her to eat beef and eggs
You can get leucine as a vegan, red lentils are high in leucine. Being unhealthy is not confined to any specific dietary framework.
@@veehaytch3440but it is so much less bioavailable from lentils… not to mention that they cause inflammation and for some people severe bloating😮
@@veehaytch3440but you will be deficient in zinc….
I know not all amino acids are recommended for supplementation, but I think glycine was promoted as a safe one to supplement. Is Leucine another one?
Eating that, still on the road to being bald. If i cant keep my hair at least i will make my body better
Hello. Sharing more videos on hair loss: https://www.youtube.com/@Drberg/search?query=hair%20loss
Perfect
I eat tons of meat and eggs, always have, and i lost half my hair…
Our bodies don’t break it down as well as we age. Maybe a supplement of Leucine or the HMB it’s broken down to by the body?
I feel you stressin too much over sht
wow, thank you!
You’re welcome!
You da man!!!
What about vegans? How do they get leucine.
Without leucine, you’d be losin’ your hair! 😊 Thanx Doc Berg!
Taurine is a precursor, and HMB is what we break it down into. I started both at once and thought the Taurine was the amazing one but the HMB turned out to be the big one.
What is HMB??
Leucine is also highly prized for assisting muscle growth, post strength training.
Is there no source of lusine in vegetarian diet ?
