I’ve been hitting the gym and doing sauna and swimming after. It’s sooo relaxing and it takes the soreness away
Should I do it after a workout even if I can’t have an ice pack for my testicles?

That’s not very hygenic imo
Sauna after a workout is also great to relax and lower cortisol after your workout, which will also help with more muscle growth. Guessing you also cause more short term inflammation in the muscles and therefore a higher recovery response.
The cold shower after the sauna Session is necessary due to the healthy circulation afterwards. Is the cold not affecting the muscle growth in a bad way ?
