How much glycie should one take?

I use glycine daily but NAC always gives me brain fog
Suggests you have toxicity of some form like Heavy Metals / Mold. Maybe sluggish phase 1 liver detox and or poor excretion in microbiome, maybe some dysbiosis.

I have the same effect with NAC. I only drink it now and then because of that. No issue with Glycine though
