  1. I’m proud to say that I’m regaining my health after decades of abusing myself eating fast food at truck stops.

    I’ve found that soups, stews, a hot cup of bone broth or bouillon, is extremely satisfying and nutritious.

    I just threw away most everything that is inflammatory and I’m dropping weight consistently.

    I’m still drinking one beer per day for the time being.

  2. I got off gluten last year and no more arthritis and eczema! Also messed up my hormones so my cycle got back to normal and i have no more extreme mood swings🙌

    • That’s great!!! What are you eating now? If you don’t mind sharing. I want to get off gluten as well like Dr. Sebi suggested but I have no idea what to eat.

    • @boopiesnatural5642  Gotta admit it aint easy. I’m still figuring it out as well so for the meantime i mostly live on corn and rice waffles rn lol. but making different soups with fresh veggies for lunch has been really great! Or yogurt with nuts, jam and banana or other fruits. and im still experimenting with making gluten free bread which is a whole science so not much luck yet😂 besides that for dinner i just eat mostly rice or potato based dishes with some chicken or red meat every now and then and salads. Also very important for snacks i usually eat nuts (great with some honey when u want a little sweetness) or dark chocolate!!😍

    • ​@unlimitedbacon1811 you have some good food ideas in there. For a snack I really like sliced apple with a bit of almond butter on em, sooo goood!

    • I imagine the answer is to give up bread completely. Eat salad or vegetables with your protein at mealtimes only x

  4. I quit sugar, alcohol, crisps and junk food for a month. When I go into a shop for a snack, I realised that ultra processed foods is all they have to offer! It’s mad! No wonder we are all fat

  5. …and vegetable seed oils (canola, corn, soy, cottonseed, grapeseed, sunflower, safflower, rice bran oil).

  6. I bought a book about a doctor recommending grains and no meat. It destroyed my life completely instead of making me healthier. Now with keto and intermittent fasting i got a lot better. Thanks for your videos Dr. Berg
