Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 Scoop Flavcity Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Powder (or your powder of choice)
1.5 cups milk
1 cup ice

Directions:
Shake everything in a blender bottle and enjoy!

Berries and Cream Protein Smoothie
Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 scoop Flavcity Vanilla Protein Smoothie Powder (or your powder of choice)
1/4 cup frozen raspberries blueberries and strawberries
ΒΌ cup greek yogurt or vanilla protein yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Sweetener to taste (I added 1 tbsp sugar free honey)

Directions:
Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth!

Super Green Protein Smoothie
Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup spinach
1-2 strawberries
Sweetener to taste (I added 1 tbsp sugar free honey)

  4. I been needing to add more greens into my diet. I guess I have only 7% of bile being produced in my gallbladder when it should be 30 to 70%. They want to take out my gallbladder but I really want to give it a shot to get it back up naturally before surgery. Hope I’m making the right choice but greens are supposed to help! Thanks for the new yummy smoothie ideas!

    • Take a 2 tbsp evoo, with 1 tbsp of chia seeds. Soak for 15 min. Before a meal. You will notice a difference in your bile. I just started, I say results with just 1 tbsp of evolution on an empty stomach. Note stated after the first meal after.

  7. One note from a registered nurse: when things are blended up or juiced, they pass through your gut quickly (quicker than normal). Your body doesn’t get the chance to absorb the maximum amount of nutrients you just drank as it would if you chewed and ate the spinach vs liquifying it. The more natural fiber it has and in its original form, the better the absorption time on it.
