It’s the bacteria in your gut that is craving the sugar.
In my experience, cutting out sweets altogether is best, and the cravings end after about two weeks.

So no more than 100 grams of net carbs per day, but how about fat? What is the max amount of fat grams you should have on this diet?

Thank you for all your of your meals hints and tricks I am still struggling someone said to me I’m doing dirty I can’t be hangry at work so I end up cheating often but I always go back to keto the next day I wish I could get below 20 g of carbs a day but it’s really really hard I have lost a lot of weight doing ketoish
What about sugar free products. Are they acceptable. They sell a lot of sugar free products in the store. Are they OK to eat
Did you take electrolytes?
In moderation. They can give you TERRIBLE crams, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. I ate a bunch of Russell Stover sugar free candy, which I will NEVER do again.
I went through the worst sugar withdrawal…. You gotta get past it! It does pass. I was exhausted, headache, and weak for a week. Couldn’t even lift my arms.

When I started keto 5 years ago, I felt really bad from detoxification of all the bad things in my body. I’m glad I knew what I could expect, because when it happened, I understood what was going on, and it would pass, which it did. I have kept the 45 pounds off now. My ketoversary is on July 29, which will be 6 years, I am 66 years old and weigh 130 pounds @5’5”. 😊 Thanks for all you do. I watch all your videos and I always learn something from them. ❤😊👍
