Maltodextrin?? Or my second guess if I may would be high fructose corn syrup??
Actually yes I think it might be HFCS
My top two choices too
High fructose corn syrup
Same. I think so as well. Sweeteners & then oils. Thirdly the devils powder, ultra refined & bleached wheats.
Sugar
SUGAR OR MALTODEXTRIN
High Fructose Corn Syrup
That’s my guess as well.
mine too
Me as well😢😮😂🎉
Yup.
Ditto
Sneaky ingredients keeping you big as hell
You can turn a phrase 🤣
Fr
Sugar, monosodium glutamate
Disagree with the MSG- it’s essentially glutamate with a little bit of sodium added. Glutamate occurs in very high quantities in soy sauce, anchovies, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and is synthesized by the body. At worst I’d say theres too much MSG but it isn’t some scary cancer chemical
High fructose corn syrup
Specifically, hydrogenated seed oils.
Almost killed me 30 years ago.
Agreed
@Feinrizulwur im glad you are still here
💯%
Thumbs up for my vote.
Sugar, high fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin.
Malt dextrose can be also found in Splenda also some stevia sugar not just junk food keep that in mind
Maltodextrine
Palm oils, hydrogenated fats, multiple forms of sugar (-ose, -dextrin, etc) and all the preservatives that make processed products last longer on the store shelves.
I don’t know…that’s more than one..But I agree!
maltodextrin
Palm oil is the healthiest oil
@@CashDansLeCalbard Not if it’s in every effing thing you eat and use like soaps and cosmetic products. Processed foods tend to heavily use palm kernel oils in particular. Too much can contribute to heart disease. It’s easy to get too much in the standard American diet.
Msg is up there. Seed oils. High fructose corn syrup
Sugar and hydrogenated seed oils
I know it isn’t Catnip! 😸
😅😂
I’ve had catnip tea before (for humans of course) lol. It’s very calming.
Seed oils, margarine, trans fats, corn syrup, refined sugar, fructose, refined flours, maltrodextrin, msg, Western (SAD) diet
MSG, Maltodextrin, Soybean Oil/Soy Lecithin, Gluten
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with lecithin
@@Avengedsevenfoldrocks Sunflower Lecithin is usually fine, but people who are intolerant to Soy should avoid Soy Lecithin.
First thing that came to mind was high fructose corn syrup. And then lately I’ve learned it might be hydrogenated seed oils 🤔
I’m gonna guess it’s one of the seed oils
@@Avengedsevenfoldrocksany HYDROGENATED oil.
They have to be numbers 1 & 2 so they are both poison.
Maltodextrin
MSG
High Fructose Corn Syrup
Seed oils
Sugar
Aspartame
MSG ain’t bad for you within a certain limit
@@ashwinsnmv the point is that it’s being added in every highly processed/junk foods, even in salad dressings, pet and baby foods. MSG is a neurotoxin which in high amounts causes neuropathy and nerve damage.
I wish there was only one, then we would all know exactly what to avoid. High fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated seed oils definitely rank way up there as some of the worse substances [short of fast acting poisons] that you could possibly put in your body; but there are tons more toxic ingredients out there (e.g. food colorings like Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Red 3, Red 40,; cured and processed meat; etc.) That said, every organism is different in how it responds to these inflammation and disease causing ingredients; and the time it takes for them to cause serious irreversible damage.
Good answer. There is no lessor of two evils. They are all very distructive to the body. If I cannot grow it and harvest it, I don’t eat it.
Palm oil, High fructose corn syrup, red 40, orange 6
Seed oils.
All hiding in plain sight amongst the healthy foods….oat milk, almond milk etc. Humous, (discovered olive oil mix alternatives) crumbed frozen fish, thanks to Eric’s advice on avoiding the deadly inflammatory seed oils I have begun my 2024 health reboot with regular fasts mostly 16:8 NO SEED OILS, and goodbye to my oat milk flat whites which I thought were a healthy alternative to milk. Keep up the excellent work Eric👌
What makes me sick directly are MSG, carrageenan and artificial sweeteners such as aspartame. So I’d say, additives are the worst. Others like seed oils and sugars work slower, they don’t give you direct bad reactions.
