  1. I have some issues with my liver and water retention, so I use magnesium and n acetyl l cysteine. I also love watching Dr Sten Ekberg who has some great info I use in conjunction with your channel ❤ also, whole foods had a stevia collagen sweetener I use in my drinks to get my collagen

    • Dr. Sten Ekberg is a Chiropractor and a fully committed Scientologist you’d get better vitamin/health advice from your doctor. Dr Sten Ekberg has disconnected himself from his son. Not a good person.

  2. Hi, I just started watching your videos and they’re great ❤I started using a supplement called Himalayan Shilajit and I’m feeling great, it’s loaded with lots of minerals like magnesium
    and a lot more I add to
    my coffee or tea in the
    morning so if you never heard of it I would recommend you try it or maybe read about 👍🏼
    I also use Sea Moss daily 😊

  3. I do as a preggo lady in the 3rd trimester…
    Liver capsules
    Lemon water for natural vitamin C with liquid calcium added
    Electrolyte water
    Probiotics at night
    Calm magnesium before bed
    I’m 32 weeks pregnant and if I don’t do at least these every day my body feels it. That calm stuff is the only way I’m going to sleep comfortably at this point.
    I also take d-mannose in the middle of the night when I wake up to pee because it fights off utis and they’re SUPER common during pregnancy.
    It totally works.
    I really wanna try that bone broth now! I think that would definitely be a great thing to add for me.

  4. But please know to check with a Doctor before taking any supplements. Also per doctors you need to watch how much magnesium you take and what kind. Also people with certain diseases like kidney disease have to be very careful. Thank you

  7. Just be careful, too much of the good stuff can be harmful, it can hurt you like it hurt me, sometimes we take supplements that we don’t need. 💖

  8. Hi Mayra, how does Biohm supplements compare to your Seeds? It’s a probiotic & prebiotic. I just purchased it but have not used it yet .

  9. I do eat a Keto/ low carb diet. Do, I don’t want to miss out on anything… I do take AG1, Vitamin D, magnesium and Vital proteins. So far so good! I do think taking supplements does help prevent getting sick too👍🏼. Thanks for sharing 💕
