“absolutely zero sugars” except the naturally occurring sugar in lemon, don’t forget. But artificially induced sugar is definitely worse. Also some people are bothered by the taste of stevia, so, you might be breaking your promise to some people
Yeah Stevia really doesnโt taste good.
Never tried flavoured versions though.
โ@@kylethedalekTry different brands, some Stevia taste like menthol to me, and then others are actually just sweet.
โ@@Isaac_5.56x45Yall are like, “some brands bad, some good” but won’t spill the tea on which brands they are. ๐
@@usernameisunavailable8270 It’s really a personal preference trial and error thing, I use my local grocery chain store brand and it’s the best I have used, just have to try them out, powder vs liquid as well, and read ingredients.
wow u so smaht. one squeezed lemon has less than 0.1g of sugar
Better Stevia is the best ! I have had no sugar in 23 years — I will use it for lemonade and cappuccino when out for dinner and everyone is eating dessert !
I hate the taste of it.
โ@@kylethedalekhave to try different brands in my experience
Better Stevia is a product of China. I would rethink ANY food from China.
Ill have to try this one, the ones Iโve had, ๐คข
@@kylethedalekit leaves an after taste on my tongue. Sugar doesnโt.
I hated the taste of stevia too when I tried it in coffee and tea. But then I tried it in grapefruit juice, and – no stevia taste! I don’t know why that is, but maybe something in citrus eliminates whatever causes the taste in stevia. I have been meaning to try lemonade, but haven’t yet.
I drink this most days for a few years, but I add a shot of acv. Love it
I drink the juice of one lemon everyday before eatingโฆ sometimes add a little electrolytes (sugar free- Allulose or monk fruit) and my stomach and bowels love me. Had IBS- not anymore
The idea of having a lemon to break my fast turns my stomach just thinking about it lol.
Thanks, I will try it because I was diagnosed with IBS.๐๐
Where did you buy electrolytes? Thx u
What is allulose or monk fruit
Monk fruit is chines fruit at super marke๐
Simply squeeze a lemon that has not been sprayed by the way, and add warm water first thing in the morning. No Stevia, no sugar. Only lemon juice and water.
I drink this in the evening.
Yeah thatโs not a lemonade. He said lemonade. That must be cold and sweet
He said lemonade not lemon water.
YOU CAN’T BE MORE RIGHT
This is my thought
The world needs to hear what you have to share. – support from subscriber in Nashville, thank you ๐
Thank you no more lemonade cravings for me. Thatโs going to really help me.
That’s how my Mom grew up making lemonade except with lots of sugar. Definitely gonna give this a try.
I like to drink lemon or lime water with no sweetener. It’s awesome just like that.
Add a pinch of salt. It takes it to another level!
I’m gonna try that. Thank you
Excellent idea
Thank you Dr. Berg!
You are very welcome!
Iโve drank this often and itโs so good! Taste just like lemonade without all the sugar ๐
I love sweetening lemonade with honey. There just isnt a better flavor to me than lemon and honey.
DrBerg is so caring ๐ฅฐ๐๐๐พ
Glad to help!
This is very satisfying on a hot summer day. Its even easier to make than regular lemonade
Thanks for your advice, Dr Berg ๐๐ป๐
You’re most welcome!
Great advice, Dr Berg. I’ve got used to drinking lemonade without adding any sweetness but that liquid stevia sounds amazing. Thank you ๐๐ป๐
I can’t tolerate stevia for some reason. I also can’t do cold drinks. My go-to is a warm lemonade made with licorice root. I just let a small pinch of licorice root steep for a few minutes and add lemon to it. It seems to help my spleen and digestion,it has no carbs, and it’s very sweet!
Thank you and God bless you Dr. Berg – saving lives day by day!โค
