In this video, I’m going to tell you how to get rid of your infection symptoms naturally. To combat an infection, try to determine if you’re dealing with a viral infection or a bacterial infection.
Viral infection symptoms will be more systemic. If you have a viral infection, you’ll notice more body aches and chills. Bacterial infection symptoms will be localized. Fevers are typically higher with a bacterial infection.
A sore throat associated with a viral infection is often accompanied by a runny nose and a cough. If a sore throat is caused by a bacterial infection, you’ll feel more localized pain without a runny nose.
A dry cough is associated with a viral infection, while bacterial infections are associated with a productive cough. Respiratory infection, the common cold, flu, bronchitis, and infections involving the sinuses and lungs are generally viral. Pneumonia can be both bacterial and viral.
A viral infection typically lasts 1 to 2 weeks. A bacterial infection will probably last a bit longer, but this depends on your immune system. Mucus associated with a viral infection is usually clear or white and green or yellow with a bacterial infection.
The best viral infection remedies are elderberry and olive leaf extract. For bacterial infections, try garlic, oregano oil, and echinacea.
The following remedies for infection work for both viral and bacterial infections:
•Take a hot bath or shower/dress warm
•Get more sleep
•Take zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin C
•Fasting
•Increase sea salt intake
•Improve emotional state
•Get more sunlight (UVB and infrared rays)
•Take cod liver oil
Stress, age, and poor gut health can increase your susceptibility to infection. Refined sugar and other refined foods deplete zinc and vitamin C, also increasing your susceptibility to infection.

Thank you for a thorough synopsis
Wonderful 😊 Thank you

Superb information 😃👍
Most sinus infections are fungal.
You’ve mentioned this in previous videos.
Thanks again for sharing your knowledge 🙏
Peace love and blessings 💫
My Dr said the same thing. He’s an integrative Dr.
Can we agree this video was very helpful.
Thank you very much. Appreciate your comment.
Absolutely
I was sick a couple weeks ago and a long, piping hot shower made me feel better than anything else. Don’t sleep on hot showers, people! Sleep IN them. Not literally, haha, but I love to just close my eyes and meditate as the hot water falls on me.
I agree that shower time is a meditation with water . I can see the hot water gets circulation going
I so agree. I was taught , when you first feel badly to fake a fever.
BK is jsbicj skdgpimxy😅
Probably because you mimicked a fever by raising your body temperature.
A lot of good information in this video. I wish more people understood the difference between viral and bacterial infections. I will be saving this one.
I wish I did! I’m back to understand the difference
Meaning you do now after this video lol
That microphone is so clean 🎙️
Currently day 5 of shingles. I’m in my early 40s and was not stressed prior to getting ill. I was taking benfotiamine, magnesium, potassium, b complex and was doing intermittent fasting. I am in belief that the c** vaccine is the reason this has come up. Since the first vax, I’ve been to ED 3 times for anaphylaxis…. for foods that I was never previously allergic to. Another time I had a rash come out all over my body with lymph glands swollen. I also got a pericardial effusion after the 3rd vax (was mandated in our state for 75% of professions). Never will I ever again, have a vax that our government forces us to have.
I had shingles too before covid and I made a cold chamomile tea, sift it, wet a towel and put it on the rash for 15 min. 3 x a day. I had no itch, no poking, no pain and no scars. It was really bad.
Thanku for this video… it makes all of us know how to fight our illness and to differentiate between viruses and bacteria ❤❤❤❤
This is so helpful. Thank you so much for your continuous support, Dr Berg
I am screaming right now Dr . Berg do you REALIZE how many people you just helped‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Welcome back…and thank u.
Thanks, you’re a very cool cat!
😂😂
When I’m feeling like I’m going down with a virus I dress in turtle neck sweater, and even put on a tube scarf. Sometimes wearing a beanie indoors. Keeping my throat warm fights off the virus 9/10 times. No need to sweat the whole body, but keep comfortably warm.
I feel Mr. Berg is world’s best doctor
