  3. When you’re really close to your “goal” the weight seems to come down slower. I use the scale as a suggestion and am not caught up in the numbers. As long as my clothes fit better, I feel better AND my bloodwork is good I’m a happy camper. Love your content. I feel like you’re a neighbor. Would like to see more with Natii working with you. She’s getting to be quite a fantastic young lady.

  5. Let us face it, most people eat too much junk foods. I am 77 and 6 feet tall. I am around 200 pounds. For most of my life i stayed around 175 to 180 but i was active. My legs are paralyzed and not active now. I am a guy who is low carb but diabetic also. An old saying “you are what you eat”. I enjoy your site.

  6. I have been obsessed with your recipes. I recently lost 6 lbs so far. I’ve fallen off since then but I’ll be back on track.

  7. I can really see the 6 pounds. I the shape of your shoulders and your waist. Beautiful! And you make a good point about muscle vs fat. Muscle is very important for health. And slowly losing allows your skin to tighten up and not just sag. And to be honest, I want to be able to wear what you’re wearing and look that good! But turquoise, not pink. LOL Good job, Mayra!!

  8. I was doing so well, in one year, I lost 100 lbs, then recently, I had a loss of a friend and I got another year older and trying to mentally take all of it in, I quit exercising. I stuck to keto and low carb, but I was constantly eating!!! I gained 10 lbs in 1-1/2 weeks. I am back on track again, limiting the amount of food I consume and back to exercising! Watching your video made me realize, I am not a failure, I just got turned around for a moment. Can’t be too hard on ourselves, my main goal was to get healthy and get rid of some of the medical conditions I was dealing with for years.
