    • That’s usually the exact my portion size.
      1st meal 10eggs
      2nd 500-700g fatty ground beef (70/30% maybe)

  1. Agree. I start eating two chicken breasts or two chicken thighs in a leg as a meal after workout

  2. And taking it without working out may cause damage some reports say.
    And the stock photo of the woman working out and drinking looked so goofy and unrealistic.

  3. Meat has roughly 6.25g of protein per ounce. So 10 oz would be 62.5g of protein. Not 75 to 90
