When I eat a lemon I immediately feel good… really good…
eating lemons keeping u feeling good as hell
That’s great. Have a nice day!
I like lemons, but how much do you need to consume in order to reap the benefits?
If you drink water with one fully squeezed lemon every morning, that should be a great start 👍🏻
❤Always drink water with lemon😊
Why water with?
@@JacobCarlson-uq1my to protect your teeth. And then make sure you rinse your mouth out afterwards that’s what my thinking is.
@charlenewilliams219 Oh yes, true, I forgot about that. You’re right thank you.
I do do that.
For years I ate citrus not knowing that.
That’s unfortunately most likely why I feel like my teeth are sensitive now.
Oh well live & learn.
Very good. Stay safe and healthy!
Can you do video on low iron , please

You’re welcome! Stay safe and healthy!
I drink lemon and water most days; I feel so much better. Think clearer and curb cravings of carbs/sweets.🍋🍋🍋🍋
Awesome, keep it up!
@@Drberg i put finish lemon juice from the bottle (no sugar, just lemon juice) into my food. Will this have an effect?
Are there any in Lime?
I drank lemon water instead of coffee for one month. It made my teeth fall apart because of the ACID. What worked for you, may HARM others.
I want to ….. but lemons sour my stomach – give me a tummy ache
Wonderful, running over to Costco tomorrow and buy a bag.
I read that Costco’s fruit and vegetables are from the company Apeel…Not good, look it up.
Costco sells lemon juice in a glass bottles that contain SO many lemons for the juice with not much added making it easy to make lemonade . No squeezing!! Lasts a long time also on the shelf till opened! Very economical
Love your info, Dr. Berg! 🤗 Here is my lemon super power drink: 🍋
Wash and blend 2 or 3 whole lemons with skin on. I add a heaping tablespoon of this to my water or green tea, plus a tsp of ginger powder. Drink hot or cold with some stevia or raw honey. I think I’ll start adding a little salt as recommended in one of your other shorts. 👍🏻💯
Awesome! Stay healthy!
How do other citric foods compare to lemons? Like oranges or limes?
Important things to note. Almost all studies into eriocitrin are in rodents at pretty high dosages. Lemons do not have high enough levels to have any measurable effect in humans. The human study he quoted showed improvement in pre-diabetics, not diabetics and was dosed in the hundreds of grams, orders of magnitude higher dosage than what can reasonably be recieved from lemons. That one is important so that diabetics aren’t stopping treatment early because of something they saw online.
The research is still young as well and more studies are needed to prove its efficacy for weightloss/management.
Interesting to add your references too. And, as Dr Berg always emphasises not to break any protocol without consulting your PG we may assume you’re new at his channel. We love facts too so let’s carry on to lessen physical chemical and emotional stressors whenever possible. 🌱 bless you.
Smoke the lemons
Wonderful information. Love drinking my lemon water with a bit of apple cider vinegar everyday. Thanks, Dr Berg 👍🏻🍋
Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and healthy!
Wonderful to know, Dr Berg. Thank you 🙏🏻
You’re very welcome!
Great to know. Going to grab a bag of lemons at the store today!!!
Lemons are a great food, the problem is that it is too agressive to teeth enamel.
Straws can help with that.
For one month,
I made the special drink of one whole lemon all parts, 1/4 of a cup of blueberries and sometimes 1/2 teaspoon of chia. We drank once a day, mid-afternoon.
Reversed my husband’s pre-diabetes symptoms, my mother’s full range diabetes (age 93), no more insulin shots, Primary Care Dr said thisafterA1C testing.
I feel better also.
We also eat low carb, medium protein, medium fats mostly olive and coconut some butter, approximately 14/10 window.
I am amazed! It works!
Our life has improved greatly!
Thanks for the tips.
after dinner i alwyas make a glass of lemon water and acv with sparkling mineral water. Taste like a soda. Add some honey and it tastes like sprite !
Lemon juice pulls minerals from the teeth so be sure to drink it with a straw and maybe rinse your mouth afterwards. Chewing xylitol gum or mints can be helpful afterwards for those who aren’t sensitive to it. Great info. Dr Berg!💓
Could you also explain about ‘AMLA’ or ‘GOOSEBERRY’.
