  2. 10 MINUTES in, am watching and seems like a three person show 😂 are they talking so much because of age? seems like you are the youngest …anyway still have an hour to go, let me see if this changes

  3. 150 supplements? Surely that’s just ridiculous? That’s not living a life. It’s called obsession.

    I think supplements have a place but not 150. How much is that gonna cost a month? Certainly no where near just eating a good diet?

  5. The body doesn’t recognise these supplements as food, actually when you are eating huge numbers of supplements the body is wondering what the hell is this stuff. The body will put up with it for a few years but eventually it will start co complain about

  6. Oxalates disregulate B vitamins and minerals and high oxalate is low sulfate.

    You have to go low oxalate diet because Candida uses oxalate as a substrate for biofilms.

    Carnivore will make you dump oxalates.

    Sulfate displaces oxalate via the SAT-1 transport protein on a concentration dependent manner.

  7. Meditation is helpful.

    I didn’t understand at first but thinking alone creates neurotransmitters that need to be processed by the body.

    Breathing and meditation reduces thought and thus work the body has to do.

    It allows a state of calm which allows for the parasympathetic nervous system to work.
