    • I don’t think that muscle building like that is that important in long run. It might be even harmfull. You just wan’t to be fit enough when you are old so you can have healthy anti fragile well functioning body.

    • @@leondbleondb i do omad most days, i just feel a bit shitty about not eating so intuitively during that hour. more stuffing myself all stressed out, dunno. 🤷‍♀️

    • In a recent study it’s how much you eat, not when.
      Calorie restriction is still the goal for proven life extension.

  1. I agree with you 100%. I started fasting when I did not have the power to exercise overweight and was chronically sick. I started 168 fasting and it changed my life as I started to melt the weight. Now I don’t fast as long because I added exercise to my daily regimen. It’s a life-changing life hack. Basically exercise speeds up the effect of fasting. That’s the way I see it. So we exercise on an empty stomach
