Today, I’m going to share 7 tips to help you lose belly fat. The average thin person has 58 times more stored fat than sugar. To transition into burning fat instead of sugar, you must lower insulin!
Check out these tips to help you burn more fat:
• Consume 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water one to three times a day to help lower blood sugar and insulin.
• Combine keto and intermittent fasting.
• Start with a high-fat diet, but as you adapt, gradually reduce your fat intake to allow your body to burn your fat reserves for energy.
• Lower stress and enhance your sleep.
• Exercise in a fasting state.
• Add more sea salt to your diet to reduce water weight.

3. Begin with a high fat diet then reduce the fat a few weeks later so we can tap into our own body fat.
4. Enhance our sleep by reducing our stress level with physical work.

So true, intermittent fasting, cutting carbs together with cycling 50k a week + core strength training, I’ve lost 7kg in 7 months.
7 KG is 7 months?
I lost 7 KG in 2 months . Intermitted fasting 20-4 hours.
The goal is to lose 25 KG in the next 6 Months and it seems Im gonna reach it sooner
Due to issues with my prostate and watching Dr Bergs videos, I cut out all sugars , carbs , sodas and dairy. I only drink water and I do water with limes daily, anywhere from 6 to 8 limes. I went from a fit 205 to a lean 170 in 4 months and holding.

@@n.p.3145 no salts , haven’t really thought about that to be honest but my diet is proteins , greens, vegetables and fruits so with my meats I have my salts. I’ve been eating like this now for 4 years and I can’t tell you how good I feel.

The feeling of being in a fasting state is amazing. There’s nothing like it. The energy is pure. Coffee and energy drinks don’t come close to it.
Sounds weird but fasting sometimes makes me feel really lucid idk
i think the best cardio is when you wake up in the morning after intermittent fast. You dont even feel hungry even after cardio.

Thank you Dr. Berg. I really needed to hear this. I’m in a rut for the last year and gained 30 pounds and I’m very frustrated with myself. I tried the keto diet about a year ago and didn’t seem to lose much weight and so I wasn’t inspired to continue. I need to try again. Hard to take walks here in the city. Not a great place and we have no yard so not much to do outside especially in the winter time. Very frustrating because it puts you in a negative place.

I started OMAD within a month of eating keto. Now after 22 months i do not feel the need for a second meal, just the opposite, i need to reduce the size of my plate 😀 and i feel great, with lots of energy. i do walk one hour in the morning and work all day long. Thanks a lot !!❤
